You retain full ownership of any images, designs, or content you upload to the Service ("User Content").

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not claim ownership over your content.

The Service generates visual mockups intended for marketing and preview purposes only.

Generated mockups:

• Are not guaranteed to be print-ready
• May not perfectly reflect real-world products
• Should not be relied upon as final production files

You are solely responsible for verifying accuracy before use in listings, advertising, or printing.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not own or have rights to
• Use the Service for illegal, infringing, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Resell or redistribute mockups as a service
• Abuse free trial or promotional offers

Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical issues or service failures. No refunds for change of mind or unused credits.

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Inaccuracies in generated mockups
• Third-party claims arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas, United States.
